Why Rescue® Is Deliberately Different

Rescue Expert Blog

What does it mean to be deliberately different? To us, it means being the best in the industry at what we do, which is protecting staff and patients in veterinarian clinics and shelters from harsh chemicals. How? By utilizing the power of Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide® (AHP®) and changing the disinfectant industry as we know it.

It is no surprise that many animals dislike going to the vet, but did you know that your clinic could be contributing to their fear? Burning paws, overwhelming odors, nose blindness, and viruses and bacteria can negatively impact your patients one by one, all because of insufficient cleaning measures that may also be utilizing the wrong chemicals. Now we know that it is of top priority to provide animals with the best care that you can; but how can you achieve that? Through rescuing them. Let us explain.

What is Rescue®?

AHP®, is changing the definition of cleanliness. Society has been raised to believe that household disinfectants can kill 99.9% of germs but what about the remaining bacteria? A 99.9% kill rate is considered an absolute failure in healthcare facilities. 99.9% disinfected is not good enough, which is why we have created, Rescue.

Rescue is a germicidal disinfectant cleaner and deodorant that is capable of removing blood, urine, dirt, grime, mold, laboratory stains and more, all with one application. This is made possible by mixing commonly used ingredients with low levels of Hydrogen Peroxide, to create a disinfectant that rivals others in the industry.

Rescue is a unique and proprietary disinfectant that remains wet and active on any non-porous surface for the appropriate contact time; destroying pathogens such as Canine Parvovirus in as little as 1 minute. Instead of releasing a strong odor like many others do, such as bleach and fragranced products, Rescue removes odors and old chemical residues, ultimately leaving a facility smelling clean.  It does not mask odors and we believe the smell of clean is no smell at all.  It is safe for animals and humans to breathe in and handle, without resulting in harmful effects.

Now, disinfectants are designed to kill, but what happens when they begin to break down our skin, create a burning sensation, and start to corrode chrome and steel? Effective disinfectants do not have to be damaging to others but can be safe for humans, animals, and the materials they are used on. Rescue® makes this possible as it is;

  • Non-Toxic
  • Non- Irritating
  • Non- Allergenic
  • Non- Sensitizing
  • Not Hormone Disrupting
  • Environmentally Preferable

We know that you care about the animals who come through your doors, but is your practice possibly compromising their health? It’s not too late to make the change. Rescue® is changing one veterinarian clinic and animal shelter at a time across the United States of America, and we aim to continue to keep this change going. Rescue is deliberately different because it puts you and your practice first, providing a safe and enjoyable space for you to do your best work.
